J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac en sept. 2011
Entretien
I initially met with Aflac at a very small job fair. I spent maybe a minute talking with the company representative, handed her my resume, and expected nothing to come from it , as she had little to say about the positions available. I later received a callback at the end of the day, inviting me in for an interview.
This was a typical first round interview, where the hiring manager asked about my knowledge of Aflac, the typical sales process, and various 'what-are-your-strengths' questions. However, Aflac's initial job listing at failed to specify that the position was entirely commission-based, which made for a rather awkward interview. (I had no intentions of applying for a position as a commission-based employee!)

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
