First, let me start off by saying that each region is running very differently. I applied online and was called back promptly within a week. I was invited to an information session the same week, which is not a private interview. Because it's different than a lot of jobs they provide an info session first to see if it's something you are interested in. If your district invites you to a session just go if you're interested don't bother the receptionist with a bunch of questions. I was then invited to a 1:1 interview, as were a lot of other candidates. Mine was scheduled for the following day. My interview was not a behavioral style. It was more about figuring out if I could catch on quickly and if I had good conversation skills. I didn't have sales experience so it was more about the interviewer figuring out if he thought I could handle sales. There is a lot of training, and it takes a while to make money. It isn't for everyone, but it is a good opportunity for the right person.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
It was really more of a conversation, it seemed each interview was very unique from what I gathered asking around.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
