J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Boston, MA) en juil. 2011
Entretien
First day is a presentation, telling you about the company and what it does. About 20 or so people were there when I went, and the guy makes a pitch. If you're still interested in the position by the end, you sign up for a 1:1 interview.
My 1:1 interview consisted of three questions.
1. What do you like best about the company?
2. How interested are you in this job?
3. Do you see yourself in a sales position?
Needless to say, not the hardest interview ever.
Be forwarned that in Massachusetts, you need a license to sell insurance and they will bill you to take an online course and the test, and then later to apply for the license.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
