I was a consultant for this company so I got to know everyone. This place was really friendly. There really was no interview process. It was pretty much do I want the position or not. I realize it was much less money for a permanent position, but it was more important to work with such a great team. From the time a decision was made to actually receiving the offer it took a while. That was the only drawback as it was difficult to make a decision.
