A recruiter from Affirma contacted me to see if I was a fit. Then it moved on to a phone screening consisting of a few technical questions to test my aptitude. The last round was 3 on site interviews with technical individuals. Each asked at least one white boarding question, information about my previous projects, and then various technical questions. They seemed to have a great corporate culture and I enjoyed the process. I did not receive and offer but I had a very positive experience.

Enterprise will send candidates a take-home project. Once it's done and staff will be reviewing. If candidates' responses are what the staff are looking for, the candidates will be invited to an on-site interview.
