3 stages. Standard 30 min phone screen followed by 1 hr video technical interview call. Ends with 5 hr onsite that consisted of meeting the team in 45-minute intervals and some were more technical and involved algorithm challenges while others were higher level. 1 involved a 30 minute writing excercise and another involved a debugging excercise. Everyone was super helpful and overall the team seemed well assembled.

This was an odd interview process. 2 weeks after after applying I was sent a take-home coding project that involved HTML and JavaScript. There was no initial phone screen before this happened, which was not normal and definitely a red flag in retrospect.
No problem. I completed that take-home coding project that night and sent it back. 5 days later I was asked to talk with a recruiter for 30 minutes. There was no feedback for the project I spent 3 hours on.
The phone screen went well, with basic questions being asked. You can google “recruiter phone interview questions” to get a solid understanding of the what will be asked. 5 days later I was asked to talk with the Senior Solutions Architect for a technical interview. The recruiter told me that the technical interview would involve the same exact take-home coding project I was given. So I spent a few hours review this each day to be fully prepared.
The morning of that interview I received an email letting me know that I would be speaking with a different person than who was originally scheduled. Ok, sure. This stuff happens. No problem. However, when this person did not give me the same technical question I was given as a take-home coding project, despite what the recruiter said. I successfully completed the coding problem within the 30 minute time frame and thought it went well.
The next day(finally, they decide to follow up in a timely manner) they told me I wouldn’t be moving forward. No feedback for the initial coding project. No feedback for the technical interview. They will probably respond and say “we aim to provide prompt and thorough feedback to each candidate, and regret that this is not always possible due to a high volume of applicants.”
