Entretien
Pretty neat and simple. I was asked a variety of questions, from previous experiences, to what I was looking for. One or two personal questions, nothing invasive. Came to an agreement on a initial offer. Met twice, the first time around was the interview itself, second time got to meet the customer behind the project that I would be working on.

Well, after openly saying that they were very interested in my profile and that in Affinity they treat people with a lot of respect, unlike other consulting companies, they stopped answering my emails and didn't say anything about the application process until now.
Yeah Affinity...you are really different from other consulting companies. At least they answer the emails and state when they have lost interest in the candidate or not -_-

Question 1
Normal questions for a consulting company, always emphasizing that they are different and that they treat their employees in an awesome way, with parties, several get-together, etc.

Really friendly conversation, they only wanted to know my motivations and life experience. The skills review was also very simple, even when I didn't know a concept, I showed interest in learning it and that's what the interviewer appreciated the most.
