Started with greetings and casual questions such telling about myself and moved to my previous experiences like my degree, where I studied and the subject of my thesis. Then they described their projects and needs.

Overall, slow process with rescheduling interviews multiple times, and no actual offer other than "we can't afford what you're asking, goodbye".
After submitting my resume online, I received an email to schedule an interview. First round was a 1:1 with a manager over google hangout discussing some technical experience with different languages and tools. Second round was in person with the manager and CEO further discussing my experience and what types of problems I enjoyed working on. Third round was a simple technical question that you email back within an hour.
Three days after answering the technical question, I email again to confirm that they received my solution, they confirm it was "excellent", HR emails me shortly after asking for salary expectations and start date.
Another three days later, they inform me they went with another candidate.
Save everyone some time and discuss the salary range budget during first contact, not three weeks later.
