The firs stage was an interview with the sales assistant who was very nice. She asked me questions about my experience and then talked more about the role. After that, I received an invite to interview with the vp of sales. The interview process went downhill from there. Not only did he not show up, I had to email the sales assistant to see if he would like to reschedule. She apologized on his behalf and said he wanted to reschedule. Second attempt? I had another interview with the sales assistant who let me know that he was traveling for a conference and couldn't make it. We spent another 30 minutes going over generic interview questions about the sales process, how I deal with leads, etc. No surprise that I was ghosted.
