Pedantic technical quiz. 90% of the questions are "What is the difference between X and Y". No implementation or thought processes testing whatsoever.
Chances are your developer interviewers will not be native speakers; stall for time by pretending not to understand their accents and just Google everything they ask you. This method will take about 15 seconds to answer each question, whether you have any idea what the answer means or not.

There was an initial interview where they asked about my skills and projects i've worked on. Then there was a second technical interview where they asked me to solve 3-4 python problems.
