Very thorough, involved an initial phone call with the human resources recruiter, then I was moved on to speak with hiring supervisor directly. This took place over the course of about two weeks and several phone calls. The phone call with the hiring supervisor was a very long interview covering my work history, and other questions you might expect during an interview.

I did a phone interview where they reviewed my qualifications for being a Utilization Review Nurse. They also asked me if I had any other companies that I was interviewing with.
