The first interview was with the Talent Acquisition Manager, followed by interviews with the Cluster Manager and Business Manager. Overall, it took about a month to complete the interview process.

Very pretentious interview process. They will sit down with you and give you fresh water with lemon wedges and act like your best friend. They are more worried about your aesthetic appeal and the demographic in the surrounding neighborhood.

Question 1
They asked very basic customer service questions. These were questions a regular sales associate could answer. I had to go in depth to add real leadership and managerial content to the answers. The interview very pretentious and they are absolutely more into hiring gay black and white men and white women. If you are a straight black man, it will be harder to be offered a job even after all of the experience and content you add to their questions.

Professional, friendly. I felt at ease throughout. There was a practical element where I was taken to try products at the sink. Interviewer was very kind and questions were considered.
