Was invited for an interview, which was scheduled in 3 weeks time (which I thoroughly used to prepare). At the day of the interview I was shown a short PowerPoint presentation about the company, and that was about it. The hiring manager did not ask me any questions, so I took initiative and told them about myself anyway - expressing my strong interest and motivation, in addition to describing my relevant experience. Unfortunately, that did not caught their interest, and I am not sure based on which criteria the hiring decision is made afterwards.

The interview was very relaxed with the Hiring Manager and another person from the company. Th Hiring Manager gave a long presentation about the company, which was quite informative, but made the whole interview feel very one-sided. In between I was asked a few questions. They seemed very pleased with my answers. Two weeks after the interview I got the rejection, without any reason why. I asked for feedback, what I could do better in the future, but didn't get any response.
