The interview process started with meeting the recruiter for the position. From there we scheduled a meeting with the company they were hiring for. After the interview there was a bit of a waiting period but heard back and was hired.

Technical Interview with senior members of the company
Final Interview with more technical questions
Salary offer correlation with previously earned salary
overall benefits including health insurance and petrol allowances
Asked some rough questions on knowledge work experience and schooling. Interview took about thirty mins and was very friendly. Ended up getting multiple offers for Aerotek affiliated companies but left seeking higher wage
