This was regarding a recruiting role they had outside the company.
I applied online and was called the next day to interview the following day.
When I arrived to the interview, I came early (as requested) to fill out the application. I finished right on time. I didn't know what my recruiter looked like, but I did notice a taller gentleman walking around; he was laughing and talking with his co-workers.
I then waited for 20 minutes to be interviewed. Finally, that same taller man asked me to come back (he was my recruiter)!
He DID NOT apologize for making me wait. I was pretty upset, but I was taught it was never in my best interest to complain, even if the recruiter was dead wrong about a subject or outright ignorant.
We talked about the role. He said this company was just asking for the temps to come in and do a walk through of the facility and he would call me back tomorrow to let me know what time to come in. I sent him a thank you e-mail as soon as I came home.
I waited. And waited. And waited. It's been nearly 2 weeks and he hasn't called me back. I sent him an email two days ago, asking what happened and if I can be considered for further opportunities. NO reply.
I will NOT be working with Aerotek again.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
