The initial recruiter is really nice and helpful and actually asks you questions as if they cared about the answers. The problem lies when you go in for you 1:1 interview. It's a very unprofessional work place, people were swearing left and right, no one had a tie on and they make it sound like you're a rocket scientist if you can do this job well. I think the people that interview you 1:1 know within minutes of speaking with you whether or not they don't want to hire you because they completely zone out of the interview after that. This company is a joke and it is basically run by 20 somethings who get the say over who is hired and who is not and if you don't have that doucher frat boy attitude you're not getting into the club. Joke is on them, they missed out on a good salesman.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
