everyone has been really involved. everything has detailed instruction and thorough enough that you won't have any questions. easy process. I liked how personable everyone I talked to was. first was a phone call, then a video call, then I had to submit answers to a questionaire.

Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.
