J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aerotek

The interview process felt like an interrogation where they were trying to get to know every single aspect of your life without at all offering any insight into how the question related to the job. Asking extremely personal questions, and further prod into every detail that you provide for them. Upon asking why these details were important and how the interview felt extremely one-sided, I was told that Aerotek cares about values and how we were raised because they can teach everything else. It seems as though they are positioning themselves as psychologists who are somehow able to translate a very personal question about your experience at your first job when you were 15 to how you will be able to fulfil your job requirements at a position 10 years later. Was not encouraged or given space to ask any questions about the job or the company until the last 5 minutes of the call after I had told them it was very overwhelming.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What was your very first job? What did you like about it? What was your job after that? What did you like about it? What was your job after that? What did you like about it? Why was your first job in grade 11 if you made money as a child? From birth until now, what was your greatest personal achievement? Why are you a hard worker? Why are you competitive? We need to know how you were raised.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
