I just sent resume, I was asked for references for last two jobs. Otherwise it was pretty straightforward, job related questions, specific experiences, etc. The interviewer also critqued my resume. and discussed jobs they had currently available. The recruiter would revise my resume and also prep me for any questions before the interview if I was sent to a company.
