J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aerotek (Hanover, MD) en sept. 2013
Entretien
Originally applied on their website, then received an initial phone screen call. I passed the screen and we scheduled a phone interview. It was awful. First, the recruiter calling me was 15 minutes late, I had to email her to remind her to call me. From there she continued to challenge everything I said. She told me that she questioned my motivation and was hesitant to hire me because I've been unemployed for 4 months (I have a masters and lost my job, I've been searching for a new one). She also told me that I'm not a driven enough individual and that I haven't done nearly enough research on the recruiter position. Her reasoning for saying this was because I have only applied for aerotek once. Apparently since it was my first time applying with them I wasn't trying hard enough. There were many more things she said two cut me down and none were within reason, and this was by far worse than any other type of interview I've had. Hopefully anyone else applying will get a better recruiter...

Question 1
I was asked where else I applied for. May not seem difficult, but I've applied at over 30 organizations and wasn't sure how to answer. I didn't want to say I've applied at so many places because it could have worked against me. I mentioned one other place I applied for and was told that I must not be trying very hard...

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
