I applied online and was contacted a few days later with a phone interview. I was told I would hear something by Friday. I did not so I followed up with the Recruiter. I was scheduled for an office interview where they conducted an "informational" interview which provided me and opportunity to learn more about the job and company. The next part of the process was a "behavioral" based interview. However, at this interview I felt the managers were most interested in "why" I wanted the job opposed to my behaviors. I had to really convince them I wanted the job. The next step was a half day at the office. This was a good experience I actually had a chance to see what a day on the job would really be like. I set with 3 different recruiters all at different stages in their career. They all added value to the process as I was able to see many different perspectives. After this half day interview, I interviewed with another manager that basically asked how the day went. Yet again, I had to convince this person I was a good fit. Finally, I interviewed with the Operations Manager at the office. This interview was a "resume walk", "why you want to work here", an "this is what I am looking for" focus. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process and felt like the company was very well organized. After each interview, I got a feedback the same day inviting me in for the next step. This was really impressive to me. The interview process slowed down for the last two interviews however the company always responded within 3 days. I think this is superb considering I have waited for a week for most companies.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
