I went through two phone interviews and then came in for a half-day/shadow day interview. Everyone was very nice that I spoke to minus two account managers. I felt like I was being attacked in the interview and they kept putting down my responses to their questions. They said that my answers sounded too "interviewy". What does that even mean? I was really excited about working for the company until that happened. I don't know how anyone would want to work for people like that.
Once the interview was done, they said that the account managers meet every Monday to go over the past week interviews. So they said they would reach out and let me know the next step. Monday rolled around and I didn't hear from them. Tuesday came and still didn't hear from them so I reached out with a follow-up email. To this day, no one has responded to me. Very unprofessional way of handling all of this.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
