J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aerotek
Entretien
I submitted my application online, and within a week I had received a phone call to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter was friendly and even added me on LinkedIn
The interview was pretty basic in terms of a sales position. They asked a lot of situation questions on my sales experience. I answered all the questions without much difficulty.
The one thing that seemed to prevent me from moving forward was my lack of cold calling experience. After I had told them I did not have any experience with cold calling, I could tell that the interview was basically over. I even asked at the end if my lack of cold calling experience was going to hold me back from moving forward. She said no, although by the tone of her voice I could tell it was a huge factor. This is one thing I found a little ridiculous about the process. I had other sales experience, and I felt like cold calling could be learned/taught in a rather short amount of time.
All in all, it was a pretty basic sales interview. They're just really looking for people with cold calling experience.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
