I initially had a phone screening, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, followed by a video interview with another guy on the team. Each interview was about 2 weeks apart. The process lacked communication as the initial HR recruiter seemingly disappeared during the process. I also got the impression that they were not very inclusive of people of different backgrounds which was concerning.
