Was invited for a 8 person group assessment. Had a tour around the place, nice clean modern facility. Then we went into the group assessment and it seems like the recruiter had already made their mind up halfway through about who they're hiring.. Attitude went from assessing us properly to not even assessing us at all for the last half hour, and was hearing some names being thrown around between the recruiter and the trainer early on. Judging by the reviews, maybe I'm lucky I didn't get the job.. They also mentioned a couple of things keep in mind: (not necessarily bad) - You won't get to F1 level builds for atleast 2 years. - You'll start off fairly small and be in a 6 month probation.
