Quick and simple, Trying to get to know you as a person. Will ask about background and previous jobs and why you left. Very nice interviewer and made this casual and comfortable.
Very simple, just asked me a couple of scenario-based questions and what I thought of the Aerie brand. It was also very informal and just in the backroom of the store.
