A few weeks after applying for the role, the internal recruitment officer called me without notice for a screening call. I was in the middle of something but did my best and felt it went well. I was invited for a 20 minute Teams interview with a senior manager, I attended, but the person seemed very reluctant to be there. She repeatedly called me the wrong name and referred to things on my CV that were definitely not mine, so I think she had got me confused with another candidate. I asked when I would hear back and was told the following week, but never heard anything from them again and it is now 6 weeks later. Really disappointing when you have made the effort to speak to someone and they can't even call you by the right name!
