Interview was fast and easy, the manager showed you around for a bit and talked about what a daily routine is like and what to expect, mentioned a few things about how the guest might have eating challenges etc.

Walk in and get an application, talk to the hiring director. Take an integrity test, Have a conversation with the department manager for the department for which you are applying.
