I had a phone interview with the recruiter, it was super casual and she was really enthusiastic. I then had another call with her to determine my availability and location. Then I met with the head care coordinator of the facility and had an "interview" but I basically had the job before walking in due to staffing issues.

Hiring and interview process were informal at first and then a lot of legal hoops to jump through afterward with state paperwork, getting fingerprints and background done by an agency 20 miles down the road.

There were no curve ball questions in the interview. This place is starving for employees, so I think they make it as easy as possible for anyone who has a pulse.

Quick interview process. Easy questions. Bring your resume and two forms of ID. Be prepared to get TB test and COVID-19 tests as soon as possible. Paperwork isn’t electronic. So be prepared to manually fill out forms after forms. Not too bad though.

Entretien
The interview was relaxed and more of a conversation between myself and the Director. My previous experience guided me towards my answers. The interviewer was optimistic about my future learning as it was something relatively new which helped ease any nerves.
