Thank you for your feedback, we take interviewing potential Aegis employees very seriously whether they are in a group interview, a one on one meeting or over the phone. We have built our hiring process around exploring that candidates have both the technical skills and exemplify the values that we consider important in Aegis Living: authenticity, transparency, compassion and respect for others. Most candidates who participate in a group interview are skilled, but also need to be a cultural fit. To get to know them personally and see how they interact with others is part of the group interview process. We are always open to suggestions how to improve our hiring process and would be happy to hear any ideas you may have to optimize the experience while also allowing us to hire employees who are the best fit for our culture.
