I had a recruiter call me and email me in reference to a Project Scheduling job working in Afghanistan. I was able to submit my resume and my application to get my background check and approved.

Made me wait for half an hour even when interview time was fixed by them.
I feel these unprofessional guys don't know the difference between a fresher and an experience candidates time, commitment and interview processing.
Interviewer who took my interview was less qualified and less experienced than me & it showed in the interview.
Wasted a lot of my time & energy, would strictly avoid Aegis BPO Mumbai at any cost.
