The interview process at Adyen was smooth and well-structured. It took about a month and included five interviews: a screening call, a case study, and chats with the hiring manager, team members, and leadership. Feedback was quick after each round, making the process clear and easy to follow.
I worked with Fiona from HR throughout the process, and she was incredibly helpful. She always responded promptly, kept me informed after each interview, and made sure everything was clear, which helped keep the process moving smoothly.
The interviews gave me a good understanding of the company and its values. I also had some great conversations with both the hiring manager and leadership. Everyone was friendly and shared valuable insights. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Very organized and pleasant to go through the application process, reviews and talks. Very nice people and good conversations about more than just your job, they seemed very interested in me personally.
