The overall process took extremly long, I had 1 assessment and 3 interviews within 3 months time. The first 2 intverviews were only about the company Adyen in general en the culture. Only in the last interview the actual position was discussed.
I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.

Based on the job description, which required skills does this person have?
Eliminated at Recruiter screening, apparently I did not answer what the recruiter wanted to hear exactly, they come with a script that they read and I suppose your answer is also written in the script, fail to say the keywords and they elimnate you.
Recruiter clearly was on a rush and did not even explain next steps properly.
