Process took over the course of 2 months. Went through about 4 interviews with team leads and heads of departments.
Interview were relatively simple.
The first two interviews have more emphasis on technical knowledge while the last two was more on cultural fit.
This is probably one of the worst interview by far.
Interviewers are pretty young in age and there were questions that interviewers did not had an answer for in terms of technical knowledge Also, the feedbacks I received from the interview does not tally with the actual outcome.
Advice to potential interviewees: Do take this interview with a pinch of salt because probably you would be wasting your time.
Advice to the company; as the company title relates to “start over again”. Do review your intervening process.
Interviewers needs to be professional and accurate while providing accurate feedbacks to potential candidates. We candidates need a straight answers as spelled out in one of your 8 Adyen Formula.
