The weirdest interview experience I've ever had. The first interview was over skype with 2 developers. Mostly about my experience and expectations. Then coding assignment and following short (30 min) technical discussion of the assignment with other 2 developers. Technical questions were quite easy. Everything went well and positive and I received an invitation for the final on-site interview. It supposed to consist of 3 onsite interviews with managers and be focused on a cultural fit. I had the first interview with the project manager. During the interview, he asked me quite common question and warned me few times about WFH policy and necessity of business trips. The interview seemed to be positive, but after the interviewer left, the recruiter came in and said that it doesn't make sense to continue since the project manager thinks that I don't fit his team although my technical skills are very good. I asked about the details and got a very strange answer that was hard to connect with the conversation we had and it remains absolutely unclear to me how that conclusion has been made. I appreciate directness and I also interviewed a lot of candidates myself, but making a decision based on the first impression (and in my opinion wrong impression) of one particular person is not fair. Stopping an interview when there were planned 2 more, is very impolite, especially on the final stage when the candidate has already invested a lot of time and effort into that interview process.
I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.

Question 1
Based on the job description, which required skills does this person have?
Pretty standard in tech company in NL. This what was the recruiter told me:
- Apply through job portal
- Recruiter call
- Tech interviews
- Offer
I failed after some interviews and no feedback despite asking
Eliminated at Recruiter screening, apparently I did not answer what the recruiter wanted to hear exactly, they come with a script that they read and I suppose your answer is also written in the script, fail to say the keywords and they elimnate you.
Recruiter clearly was on a rush and did not even explain next steps properly.
