First round video interview, followed by a writing assessment and final round interview prior to decision. The video interview was prompts, followed by recorded answers, and the final round was a case interview.

An extremely rigorous interview process with three case interviews -- all having to do with healthcare. The interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable but asked hard-hitting questions, especially follow-up questions and more follow-up questions, trying to really probe your way of thinking.
