The interview process is divided into three parts. First part involves an interview over zoom, asking fairly standard questions. Second part involves an in person interview, also fairly standard. Third part involves a "day in the life" type interview, where you will spend a day shadowing someone in your department, showing you what a day looks like for someone in the role you're interviewing for.
