A quick interview process. Very friendly people who are all about the cultural fit. You have an initial phone interview and then go in for a series of one on one interviews with each of the team members. After that round I cam back in and interviewed with the CIO via video conference. Ultimately, I turned down the role. I liked the NY based team, but the compensation is significantly below what competitors pay. The base salary is approximately 20% below what competitors pay and the annual bonus is capped at approximately 30% of your base salary. What makes this less appealing is that the annual bonus is then paid out over four years!? Also after a couple of reference calls I got the impression employee morale is pretty low.
