The recruiter called me the same day I emailed my application and cover letter. I was asked some initial questions by the recruiter, then she set up a time for a group interview a couple weeks later. I had a group interview with 4 people. I was asked to elaborate on my previous experiences in other positions.
I applied online and received an email for an in person interview. Interviewed by a director, manager and a case manager. One interview then received offer via email. It took about 3 weeks.
Face to face interview with hiring manager. Simple interview questions. Tell me about a time you overcame a difficult situation. Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a manager.
