Job fair held in house to staff for upcoming season. Staff available and friendly. Jobs offered on site. Not everyone was offered jobs. Qualifications were reviewed in depth. Fair and reasonable.
Over the phone for my department they were desperate. So no face to face interview. Very Brief. Straight forward questions. Very typical: Why do want to work here , why do you like nursing etc.

It was a Very efficient process and everyone was very professional from the beginning to the end. Frequent updates on position via email. Request for interview was done by phone.
