I was first contacted by a recruiter. We talked for about 20 minutes. She was very easy to talk to and very informative about the position and the Company. At the conclusion of our call, she told me she would like me to have a virtual interview and we came upon a good date. That interview was with 2 people, first one and then the other. I was asked questions about my experience and asked to explain a difficult situation at work that I had overcome.
