I interviewed for the clinical liaison position at Connerton in Land O Lakes Florida twice. After the second interview I was told that they would like to bring me on PRN. I was told that someone would contact me to follow up so I waited and waited and waited. I followed up with a phone call and was told that I needed to reapply just two create a proper corporate paper trail. So I reapplied and never heard anything. So I followed up again via email and voicemail and simply never heard anything again. Recently I followed up with a voicemail to the director for the clinical Liaisons, a very kind director, and just asked for some advice on how I might improve my interview and/ or how I might add to my experience in an effort to gain the position with Connerton LTAC. I have a history of working in LTAC and truly love the concept. As a faith based RRT with my B.S., in Leadership for Allied Health, I would have loved the opportunity to receive advice on how to improve my interview etc. Overall, disappointing experience by offering me the position and then crickets. Unprofessional and disrespectful to applicants.
