The interview was fairly easy. I had a one on one interview at a Carl's Junior with the supervisor who asked questions about my knowledge of the business to assess my skills. The process for the paperwork was difficult. It's done electronically. I had to fill out some forms that required a notary that I in turn had to fax.

Over the phone, very few questions about previous employment. Pleasant enough offer was emailed within 20 min. When I asked questions about benefits interviewer was unable to answer. I was told I would learn all that in orientation

quick. got call back next day. never met hiring mgr. in person. all on phone calls then lots of email for hiring process. 20 emails but got hired. then you get stuff from home office to send back. you have to go to a fed ex office to return paper work. after you send back stuff you get more emails that paperwork is good.

The interview process for the retail reset merchandiser position was short and straight to the point. They will ask for your availability, mode of transportation, car insurance, and salary requirements. The interviewer was polite and asked the essential questions. Overall, the interview was conducted well.
