First, the interviewer never called and skipped out. I had to email him and ask for the interview, then he gives me the interview after saying "I'm sorry, I wasn't feeling well that day." What kind of response is this to flake on my first interview without explanation? My second interview was done poorly too. I felt like the person did not know how to or did not take seriously interviewing people. Every other word was 'Um Um Um Um.

Extremely easy interview process. I was told I'd get an offer 5 minutes in. The rest of it she went over the onboarding process and day to day job duties.

Candidates schedule an interview through an AI bot. The first recruiter didn’t respond after sending an email confirming the interview, the second recruiter a few weeks later was pleasant and quickly offered the position.
