Entretien
The interview consists of three sub-interviews, which totally took three days, one hour each.
The first one aims at introducing the company and getting to know the candidate better. It starts with the company's introduction followed by questions about previous working experience and the English level.
The second interview is a technical one with questions related to back-end (Java SE, Java EE and databases) and front-end (angular). In general most of the questions were of medium difficulty with only a few requiring more in depth knowledge about the various technologies .
The third interview was mainly a discussion with the head of the Java development department about the candidate's current position, interests, future expectations and his/her level of confidence.

Entretien
The interview process was overall a positive experience. The people I spoke to were friendly and polite which helped to reduce stress. There was a technical interview with 2 team leaders, which revolved around Java core concepts, Java EE technologies, Javascript/Html/css. The last interview was with the Java Lead and the CTO.

Professional and friendly process, that lets you express your knowledge. The questions and the whole process determine if you really deserve a chance. The stages of the process were 3. An initial acquaintance with the human resources department, a technical interview and another acquaintance with people who will explain the vision and goals of the team.
