Interview process fairly standard and straight forward. We didn't waste time, I was told a lot about ADS and their mission as well as what the role entailed. We then proceeded to the interview questions. We agreed I might not be the right fit for the role right now but in the future if I wanted to come back and try again with more knowledge I was welcome.
