Everything was fine until after my second interview someone on the hiring team conducted an unauthorized employment check (I did NOT give permission) and contacted my current employer. EXTREMELY NOT OKAY. So, be careful, Be very careful before engaging.

Its a tough interview with the questions asked on prior experiences, issue resolutions and road blocks. Also asked many technical questions on systems support development and advanced features. Also few managerial questions on people management and project management experience.
Recruiter rescheduled twice, once because “something came up” and the second time she forgot she had another meeting. Third time she did not show up to the interview—ignored my call, then instead of calling back she emailed claiming she forgot to put it on her calendar and needed to reschedule. Finally spoke with her on the fourth attempt. She knew virtually nothing about the position. I did not pursue the company further.
