In person & at location traditional interview with additional and very forward thinking opportunity of observation of the typical work duties and daily operations. Was the very first time I have ever been offered to get a look and feel of what the job really entails on a typical day prior to being hired. Was very benificial and thoughtful to give an interviewee this information and experience with the intent of assisting them in the decision process of accepting or not the job if offered.
