You are first given a phone interview and then if you pass that you are given an in-person interview. My personal interview process was less than ten minutes. However, after I got the call offering me the job and told where I would be training, my schedule got switched. Okay fine I understand things happen, but they continued to try to switch my schedule around until I had to call the district manager to tell them to cut it out! Also the clientele is very low educated and I am the only white person working in both of the centers I’ve been to.

Got the phone interview. It was easy not too many hard questions was asked to come for a second interview within the same call. I didnt end up taking the job i was offered another position.

Very pleased with the interview process, the manager was knowledgeable and let me know the job description that I applied for. I have already recommended people too the job for an interview.

Very easy. Just asked me about myself, had maybe 5 scenario questions. Was very laid back. Asked me about the hours worked, whether I was comfortable with marketing. Also asked about weekend availability
