Very, very slow process. Took about a month and a half to hear back from a recruiter, who made it sound like my resume was thrown in a pile of failed candidates, and then recommended the exact job I applied for. After an over-the-phone screening, the interview was scheduled for a month later. Both the recruiter and the interviewer were personable and kind, not intimidating at all. If I had a complaint about the interview, it would be that my interviewer asked very general questions but wanted specific answers, like he just read a sheet of paper with questions from HR. I want to say it was a good process because everyone was nice, but in hindsight the process was far too drawn out for what it was and I felt like an afterthought before I even had my interview.
